After the COP29 period, the EcoHub Ecological Initiatives Support Public Association continues to contribute to the formation of an ecological culture in Azerbaijan through environmental education and practical initiatives. In this direction, 2 projects have been implemented at the initiative of EcoHub, with the support of SOCAR Trading and Coca-Cola companies.
At the initiative of Eco Hub and in partnership with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, sorting boxes have been placed in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions to provide additional support for the collection of plastic waste. The project is implemented in partnership with the Union of Student Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan and its main goal is to reduce the harm of plastic waste to the environment, develop a culture of sorting among students and increase environmental responsibility.

Within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for a Green World", the Bravo supermarket chain has launched a new ecological project to promote the recycling of plastic waste.
The main goal of the project is to contribute to the protection of the environment and the efficient use of natural resources by promoting the proper management and recycling of plastic waste.
Within the framework of the project, which is an initiative of the EcoHub Public Union, implemented with the support of the Coca Cola Foundation and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, plastic waste will be collected through plastic recycling containers placed in front of Bravo hypermarkets.
These containers are available in Bravo hypermarkets located in Koroglu, 20 Yanvar, Ahmadli m/s and Babek avenues.

On June 27-28, the International Forum “Solidarity for a Green World: From Waste to Value for a Sustainable Future” was held in Baku. 🌍

For your information, we, as EcoHub, have placed specially designed waste collection bins in the office of PwC, an international consulting and auditing company, as part of our commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
♻️ These bins are designed for plastic, paper and glass waste, respectively, and encourage a responsible approach to waste management and #recycling, as well as playing an important role in increasing the eco-responsibility habits of employees.

A "Spring Cleaning" campaign was held.

Coca-Cola Azerbaijan, in partnership with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the EcoHub platform, is holding a “Spring Cleanup” campaign on the eve of World Recycling Day under the slogan “Let's clean up the environment this spring.” ♻️
As part of the campaign, plastic waste will be collected from citizens at the collection point located in the Deniz Mall Shopping Center. The collection point will operate daily from 11:00 to 18:00 from March 20 to 25. At the end of the campaign, citizens who collect the most will be presented with incentive gifts. 😍
