Sustainable Water Initiatives project presented in Shamakhi

"On December 20, a presentation of the project aimed at "Improving the water supply of the Marzandiyya village of the Shamakhi region" was held in Shamakhi city, organized by the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA) and the Shamakhi District Executive Power, with the support of the Coca-Cola Foundation, the Global Water Challenge Coalition and the Eco Hub Public Association, within the framework of the "Sustainable Water Initiatives" Program. The event was organized in connection with the start of the construction of a new water pipeline to the Marzandiyya village. The event was attended by the Head of the Shamakhi District Executive Power Tahir Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of the ADSEA "Regional Water Reclamation Service" Shohrat Suleymanov, and Coca-Cola's Public Relations Director for Eurasia Elshad Farzaliyev. Within the framework of the project, a number of measures will be implemented to build infrastructure and effectively manage water resources in order to improve the drinking water supply that the residents of Marzandiyya village have been waiting for for a long time. This initiative will take important steps towards laying pipelines and improving the living conditions of the villagers. As a result, 1,311 residents of the village of Marzandiye will be provided with quality drinking water. Link
